Boston Community Capital (BCC) funded the design and construction of 89.76 kW of solar energy on the roofs of four apartment buildings at Jefferson Park, a Cambridge Housing Authority apartment complex in North Cambridge.  Due to weight restrictions on the roofs, the ballasted racking system has a very low profile, and the solar panels are distributed in a way that do not compromise the structure of the buildings. Together, the solar energy systems on the four buildings are expected to produce over 97 MWh of electricity each year.
